Apple Pancake

Spice up your breakfast or break time with this healthy and delicious apple pancake!

Mash the banana with a fork, then mix well with the egg and milk.

Mix the dry ingredients (flour, oats, cinnamon, salt) together.

Slowly pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture while constantly stirring. Then pour your pancake mix into the inner dish.

Cut the apple into small pieces and place into the pancake mix.

Close the lid of the HeatsBox and plug it in. Choose the settings as follows:
– 85°C
– large portion
– fast heat
Press start or set a timer
Your food will be done after approximately 30 minutes.

Top your pancakes with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
